RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Final Sale Policy Because every item at Zeal is custom-made specifically for you when you order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or buyer's remorse.

  • Please carefully review our Size Chart before purchasing.

  • If you are unsure about your size, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or the wrong size/color, we will make it right immediately.

  • How to Fix It: Email us at zealclothing.business@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • No Return Needed: Please include clear photos of the defect. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us. We will send you a brand new replacement free of charge.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit and the tracking confirms it, we will send a replacement free of charge.

  • Note: If the tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find it, we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
